The extremely perplexing internet access problem could have simply deemed to be 'too hard" by lesser service providers. However, your commitment to ensuring the matter was resolved, regardless, was a fantastic example of great customer service (especially in these times where such things are more a rarity).I know who to call next time any PC issues arise.

I got our laptop and a router for Christmas gift and wanted to connect to our desktop. Of course, I am not a computer expert and always believe in the professional expertise.
So we called in a computer expert from a local paper. He arrived 30 mins late for the appointment and after spent an hour on the job. He shook his head and left. He couldn't do it and told me that "something" wrong with the router.
I nearly took the router back for warranty because I believed that was the router!!..But my husband told me to get the second opinion which was from our friend who has a router to come and had a look. He told us that the router is fine but must be the connection problems somewhere and we should called in another expert to have a look.
This time I chose the one with the word "geek" in the ad from the local paper...I just want to have someone who REALLY know about computer to fix the problem as we're getting frustrated!!.
This guy arrived an hour late without notice..He spent three hours here the first day and couldn't fix it and spent another three hours on the second day. Not only couldn't fix the problems, he blamed everything else..eg, Bigpond, Router, China!! except himself. After he left, we lost all our connections totally and had no idea where to start.
I was about to give up but then we saw the "Super Geek" car on the road. We decided to give it another try. The super geek gave us the prompt respond. We contacted them in the afternoon and get the appointment at 9am in the morning.
Supergeek arrived on time and he fixed everything in a flash and showed us how everything work!! He was the real "geek".
If you ever have any problem with computer again, we will definitely call "Super Geek"... The real geek!!.
