What are your operating hours?
The Customer Service Centre in Brisbane is open 8am till 5pm Mon-Fri & 8am till 5pm Saturday to register requests for all kinds of computer repairs, cloud backups and data recovery services. The Geeks however often work outside these hours to suit their customers’ needs; so when you make a booking, we come out when it suits you best.
How soon before a Geek attends my booking?
SuperGeek will do its very best to get out to you the same day of booking. We always aim for same day service for critical requests like cloud backups or data recovery, however, on rare occasions it may have to be the next day.
How long will the booking take?
The length of the booking will vary depending on the quantity and severity of the work. We aim to have you back up and running within the hour, with the maximum data recovery possible however sometimes its just not possible. After a Geek has come out and assesses the situation a more accurate calculation can be given.
Do you have a “No Fix, No Fee” Policy?
Yes, absolutely.
SuperGeek will make every effort to find a solution for your IT problem, however if we cannot provide a solution, we will not charge you for our services.
However if SuperGeek diagnoses your problem and offers a solution but you decline to accept their advice, you will be charged for our service.
If my computer needs hardware am I obligated to purchase through SuperGeek?
No.
There is no obligation to purchase hardware that SuperGeek recommend/require to complete the job, however you will still be required to pay the hourly rate.
How much do you charge?
SuperGeek has a flat rate with no callout fee. SuperGeek charges $120 including GST for the first hour of labour, and $30.00 for every 15 minutes after that. These charges exclude the price of any hardware that may be required to carry out the repairs.
How can I pay?
Cash, Credit Card, EFTPOS or cheque - we just don’t accept American Express or Diners Club Cards
