The call centre is open 8am till 6pm Mon-Fri & 8am till 5pm Saturday. The Geeks however often work outside these hours to suit their customers' needs; so when you make a booking, we come out when it suits you best.


SuperGeek will do its very best to get out to you the same day of booking. We always aim for same day service, however, on rare occasions it may have to be the next day.


The length of the booking will vary depending on the quantity and serverity of the work. We aim to have you back up and running within the hour, however sometimes its just not possible. After a Geek has come out and assesed the situation a more accurate calculation can be given.

There is no obligation to purchase hardware that SuperGeek recommend/require to complete the job, however you will still be required to pay the hourly rate.


SuperGeek has a flat rate with no callout fee. SuperGeek charges $99 dollars for the first bookable hour, and $24.75 dollars for every 15 minutes after that. These charges exclude the price of any hardware that may be required to carry out the repairs.
